Chilli (Milagai) Bhaji

This Bhaji probably reminds everyone of the beach. Well you can do it at your own kitchen. Here is how...

Things needed:

1. Bhaji chilli - 2 (cut into 4 portions)
2. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
3. Oil – for deep frying
4. Besan flour – 2 cups
5. Salt – to taste
6. Rice flour – ½ cup
7. Baking soda – a pinch

How to do:

1. Mix the besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and baking soda with little amount of water. 

2. Heat oil in a pan.

3. Cut the bhaji chilli into four portions.

4. Dip the slice in batter.

5. Leave slowly and fry in hot oil.

6. Fry till the bhaji turn into golden brown colour.

7. Drain the excess of oil.

8. Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
